1. Service and responsibility
CometAI provides customer-service, automation, and AI tools. Customers remain responsible for reviewing responses, configuring workflows, maintaining legal bases, and supervising platform-assisted decisions.
Responsible use
Essential conditions for accounts, automation, artificial intelligence, payment, and both WhatsApp connection paths.
CometAI provides customer-service, automation, and AI tools. Customers remain responsible for reviewing responses, configuring workflows, maintaining legal bases, and supervising platform-assisted decisions.
An authorized connection through official infrastructure, recommended for continuous commercial operations. It remains subject to Meta approval, availability, requirements, and policies.
A non-official connection offered through assisted onboarding. It may be blocked, limited, disconnected, lose its session, require pairing, or change compatibility without notice. It is not operated, approved, or guaranteed by Meta.
We do not recommend a critical or business-essential number. CometAI does not promise unblocking, continuity, or recovery of this channel.
Limits, backups, maintenance, and availability follow the current plan, SLA, and agreement. Meta, Evolution, payment, and other integrations have their own terms, costs, and unavailability.
Customers must protect credentials, sessions, and MFA and report suspected unauthorized access. Never share a password, token, QR code, recovery code, or MFA code with support.
CometAI plans may have different prices, limits, features, channels, capabilities, and contracting conditions, as presented on the platform or at the time of purchase.
The price and commercial conditions applicable to a customer are those disclosed and accepted at the time of purchase, without prejudice to expressly applicable promotions or special conditions.
Amounts for already-paid periods will not be changed retroactively. New prices may be established for new purchases.
For existing subscriptions, a recurring-price change will be communicated to the customer in advance and will take effect only in future billing or renewal cycles, subject to the communication conditions and applicable law.
When a price change affects an existing recurring subscription, CometAI will seek to notify the customer at least 30 (thirty) days before the first charge at the new price, unless a longer period is required by applicable law, contract, or payment platform.
If a customer does not agree with a change applicable to their subscription, they may request cancellation before the new price takes effect, while access for the already contracted and paid period is preserved, except where law or a previously disclosed specific condition provides otherwise.
CometAI may offer promotions, discounts, launch pricing, founder pricing, free periods, or other special commercial conditions.
These offers may be subject to specific eligibility criteria, duration, limits, and rules disclosed when the offer is presented. When a special condition has a defined duration, the price or commercial condition applicable after its expiration must be clearly disclosed before purchase.
When CometAI expressly offers a guaranteed, lifetime, or subscription-continuity price, the specific conditions communicated with that offer will apply.
A promotion offered to new customers does not automatically require the same condition to be retroactively applied to previous contracts, except where required by applicable law or expressly offered by CometAI.
Certain CometAI features depend on services provided by third parties, including Meta, communication providers, infrastructure providers, payment services, and other integrations.
When third-party fees or charges are not included in the CometAI subscription price, this must be disclosed to the customer.
Meta fees, when applicable, are separate from the CometAI subscription and may be subject to pricing, categories, and rules established or changed by Meta.
If a third-party change materially affects a recurring amount charged directly by CometAI, the customer must be informed before the new amount is charged, subject to applicable law.
CometAI is an evolving platform and may add, improve, replace, reorganize, or discontinue features over time, including for security, technology, third-party availability, or product-development reasons.
Changes that do not materially reduce the core of the contracted service may be made as part of the normal evolution of the platform.
When a planned change materially reduces an essential feature of a paid plan, CometAI will seek to notify affected customers in advance whenever reasonably possible.
Emergency changes required for security, legal compliance, abuse prevention, or third-party provider unavailability may be implemented immediately when delay would create a meaningful risk. Nothing in this section limits mandatory rights under applicable law.
These Terms may be updated to reflect changes to CometAI, applicable law, commercial models, third-party services, or operational practices. The current version and its update date will remain available on this page.
Editorial, language, or other changes that do not reduce rights or materially expand customer obligations may become effective when the updated version is published.
Material changes affecting prices, significant obligations, important limitations, or the essential delivery of a contracted service will be communicated to affected customers before taking effect when applicable. When renewed acceptance is required, CometAI may request express acceptance of the updated version before a renewal, new purchase, or continued use of a specific feature.
Updates to these Terms will not retroactively alter prices or obligations for completed periods unless required by law or expressly agreed by the parties.
Customers may request cancellation through the channels made available by CometAI. Cancellation will take effect according to the applicable billing model and contracted period, without limiting any mandatory rights under applicable law.
For contracts entered into in Brazil, the Brazilian Portuguese version is the reference version of these Terms. The English version is provided for convenience and accessibility. In the event of a discrepancy arising solely from translation, the Portuguese version will prevail, without limiting mandatory rights under applicable law.
